Modern and fairly clean hotel with accommodating stuff and stunningly beautiful views of the castle. An iron, an electronic key card, and a coffee/tea maker available in the double room. Hypoallergenic pillows, good bed. Particularly good position in the Old Town. Based near to Gjirokaster, and bars, restaurants and other nightlife.

Very impressed with twin room with wonderful view of the castle. Plenty of supplies in the room: a private safe, a mini bar, and central heating...

We booked a double room with a nice view and were able to use the wake-up service, which was great, and the room came equipped with coffee and tea-making facilities, a fridge, and glassware that we found very convenient.

Great that they have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with pretty view of town and flowers and balloons; everyone is welcome here. Had coffee/tea making equipment, a refrigerator, and glassware at our disposal.
Very small bathroom, Wi-Fi was very spotty.

The location was perfect, with free parking available and a wonderful view of the castle. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with attention to detail and a bathroom that didn't leak anywhere. And the breakfast, with its nice view of the old town, was a great way to start the day.
Nothing could be improved - everything was perfect.
