Hypoallergenic pillows, good bed. Particularly good position in the Old Town. Based near to Gjirokaster, and bars, restaurants and other nightlife.

We booked a double room with a nice view and were able to use the wake-up service, which was great, and the room came equipped with coffee and tea-making facilities, a fridge, and glassware that we found very convenient.

Great that they have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with pretty view of town and flowers and balloons; everyone is welcome here. Had coffee/tea making equipment, a refrigerator, and glassware at our disposal.

We konden gemakkelijk naar het centrum gaan en genieten van het bruisende stadsleven. Het hotel zelf was erg rustig en gelegen in een fatsoenlijke buurt. We hadden onze eigen toegang tot het gebouw, wat betekende dat we ons echt op ons gemak voelden. De kamer was schoon en comfortabel, en de badkamer was modern en goed onderhouden. De eigenaar was zeer behulpzaam en altijd beschikbaar om vragen te beantwoorden. Helaas was er geen kookgelegenheid, maar er was wel koffie en thee beschikbaar. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay special, organizing a lovely surprise for my anniversary with flowers, candles, and cocktails in the room. The location was perfect, with free parking available and a wonderful view of the castle. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with attention to detail and a bathroom that didn't leak anywhere. And the breakfast, with its nice view of the old town, was a great way to start the day.
